What to know before you drop by.
All clients need to be residing in Davidson County.​
For a single-person household, you'll need to bring your:

Photo ID

Proof of current address: Even if your address is on your license, we need one additional proof of residency. This can be a utility bill, lease, current invoice from the last 12 months, car registration, or proof of insurance.​

For a multi-adult household:

A photo ID for all adults over 18
